Call Sheet
Call Sheet:
I have created call sheets, these are sheets that contain infuriation about the production, cast members, crew members as well as contains a daily schedule for the members, they are given to the cast and crew to tell them when they need to be on set and in what location.
They contain a lot of information such as the names of cast and crew members, cast and crew members contact details, the schedule of the day, the addresses of the different locations, the numbers of emergency services in the area etc.
I created these call sheets to ensure that no confusion is created, as with detailed and organised schedules, it ensures that all the cast and crew members will be on the set, in the right places and at the right time.
It was important to create these call sheets as we will need to ensure that all the scenes are shot to a high quality, in the amount of time we have to ensure that our production schedule is maintained, by using these call sheets it ensures that no one will be late and therfore saves us time and reduces hassle.
By creating one now, it will ensure that if there are any problems, the cast and crew members can inform me and we can sort it way before we start to film, again saving us time as we won't have to deal with large amounts of issues when filming.
I have created a group call sheet, this will be sent out to all the cast and crew members, containing all the information that everyone needs while on set and filming. I will also put this group call sheet up on our main set while filming, so that is anyone forgets where they are meant to be or if they have an issue and need to call someone, all the information is given. This ensures that no time is wasted looking for peoples call sheets and trying t find the information.
I have included a variety of information on the call sheet, for example, I included contact details and emergency service details, to ensure that cast and crew members now who to call during an emergency or problem.
Yet i thought that this would be confusing to send out to everyone, as some may not have seen a call sheet before and not understand how to read it and find the information that is just for them, so to make it easier i created call sheets for all my cast and crew members.

Individual Call Sheet |
This is an example of my individual call sheets, this call sheet was sent to our main actress Mia Agar-Rea. I created call sheets for individuals to make it easier for them to find out what they need to do personally, this is easier to read and understand. As we have a small cast and crew it was very easy to create individual call sheets.
The individual call sheet includes a slightly detailed list of all the information on the group call sheet, this one also includes more information on the equipment they need to bring and personal information such as wardrobe, medical information etc.
To conclude, creating a call list will ensure that all cast and crew members are organised and on time for the filming process, this means that no time is wasted and that the filming progress with hopefully run smoothly.
